Come as your most comfortable self! Since the session is typically done while you’re lying down, it's best to avoid restrictive clothing and stick to comfort. You may want to have a light sweater if you tend to get cold, so that you may feel extra relaxed during the session.

You’ll lie down on a massage table while the Reiki practitioner gently places their hands on or near your body. There is no pressure here—just a relaxing experience where energy flows to help balance your body and mind. Expect soft meditation music or nature sounds to fill the space, along with candle light to enhance your relaxing experience.

Of course we will chat a bit before your session, but during your Reiki session, there is typically minimal to no talking. This allows for deep meditative relaxation and focus on energy flow. However, if you have questions or would like to share anything before or after the session, your practitioner will be happy to discuss it with you.

Nope! Just relax, breathe deeply, and enjoy the experience. Reiki is all about receiving healing energy, so you don’t need to actively do anything—just let go and trust the process.

Most people feel super relaxed, peaceful, or even lighter after a session. Some may experience a burst of energy, while others may feel calm and centered. Every session is different, so just go with how your body and heart respond! Non-resistance to any experience is key.
